Hi, I'm Micah
I have spent the last 7 years training with some of the best cooks and chefs in the world - first at Gramercy Tavern and Eleven Madison Park, and then with an eclectic group of grandmothers, abuelas, and nonnas throughout Mexico, Italy, and the United States.
I run a small food delivery business, the core of which is an effort to take some of the "private" out of the private chef model thereby making it a bit more practical for you.
Customized to you
To get a sense of your palate and health goals, I will send you a short questionnaire, or we can schedule a brief call. And then we go from there. Each week, I welcome your feedback and incorporate it into the following week's meals. My goal is to understand your dietary preferences and requirements (organic, light, vegan, gluten free, anti-inflammatory, etc.), and then create and deliver the most delicious food possible—directly to your doorstep.

How it works
A typical delivery consists of 12 containers of food.* How I fill those containers is entirely up to you, but the basic format is:
- 4 protein dishes
- 4 vegetable dishes
- 4 starches / legumes
Each week, I write a menu proposal and send it to you for adjustments and approval. On average, clients get about six to eight meals out of a delivery. Deliveries are made weekly.
